M76 - Little Dumbell

M76 / NGC 650 - Little Dumbell

The Little Dumbell Nebula is a planetary nebula surrounding the ramining white dwarf star at its center.  It is located in the Constellation Perseus at about 3,900 light-yrs.  Long exposure are required to pick up it's knots and twists of gasses.
